  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 2 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Domestic Shipping (Within India):
    • Standard shipping is included  in the price of every product .

3. Delivery Time

  • Within India: Orders typically arrive within 4-6 business days after processing. For remote locations, delivery might take longer.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • Certain remote or hard-to-reach areas may not be covered by our standard logistics service. If delivery is unavailable to your location, we'll notify you promptly to arrange an alternative solution.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes 

  • GST charges and Additional charges are included  in the price of every product .

6. Shipment Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, we will provide a tracking number via email so you can monitor the status of your delivery.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at  within 7 days. We will work with the courier service to resolve the issue.

8. P.O. Box or APO/FPO Addresses

  • We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.
